1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Because our pieces are handcrafted or finished to order, some items may require additional processing time. You will be notified via email if there are any delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer two delivery options via trusted courier services within the UK:

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 24 / Tracked 48)

• Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

• Cost: £4.99 (Free on orders over £100).

• Express Delivery (DPD Next Day / Royal Mail Special Delivery)

• Delivery Time: 1–2 business days after dispatch (orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day).

• Cost: £9.99.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.

4. Packaging & Sustainability

We take great care in packaging fragile ceramics. We use eco-friendly, biodegradable, and heavy-duty protective materials to guarantee that your tableware arrives intact, while minimizing our environmental footprint.

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at amandamiler@amastaltd.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.
